Before your first withdrawal, we require identity verification (KYC) under our anti-money-laundering policy. You must upload a clear, colour photograph of one of the following: your Indonesian national ID card (KTP), passport, or driver's license. The document must show your full name, date of birth, and current or valid expiry date. We also request a selfie photo (your face, clearly visible) taken within the last 30 days. Upload both documents via the KYC section of your account dashboard. Our verification team typically completes review within 24 hours on business days. If your upload is rejected, we will notify you of the reason (e.g. blurry image, obscured details) so you can resubmit.

Payments and transactions

If a deposit transaction fails (e.g. payment gateway timeout, user cancellation, or insufficient funds), the money should return to your source account within 1–3 business days, depending on your bank or e-wallet (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or online payment issuer). Cashback is credited automatically to your account on Monday morning and appears in your transaction history. The percentage and minimum loss threshold may vary by account tier and region.
